Mineral County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on a recommendation from the Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission on an application for an exempt subdivision submitted by 4UR Ranch Inc. The application proposes a division of land to preserve the historic CF & I Mill and Mine.
The Hearing will be held during on July 22, 2026, at 10:30 am and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO 81130. Copies of the applications can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO. Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin [at] mincocolo.com (countyadmin[at]mincocolo[dot]com) or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO 81130. Comments need to be received by EOB on Friday, July 17, 2026.
