On July 1, 2025, the document filing fee's changed when recording a document due to House Bill 24-1269

Starting July 1, 2025, the new structure will go into effect.

Filing or recording each document for which a fee is not specifically provided, $43.00 $43.00
Documentary Fee on all documents granting or conveying title to real property, when total paid by purchases exceeds $500 $0.10 per $1,000 that exchanged hands
Uniform Commercial Code documents (financing statements, continuations statements, assignments, amendments, releases or terminations) $13.00 for 1-2 pages,
$18.00 for more than 2 pages
Recording of a Subdivsion Plat and/or Map, $43.00
Federal Tax Lien $43.00
Marriage Licenses (filing return and recording certificate) $30.00 each cash only
   
Standard document copies $0.25 per page
